Retail Leasing and/or Commercial Real Estate Sales Representatives
We are currently looking for skilled Retail Leasing and/or Commercial Real Estate Sales Representatives to join our seasoned team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with experienced and top performing industry professionals in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Pursuing leads and growing your existing network
- Working with new PCR clients – tenant & landlord representation
- Qualifying business – vetting sales and leasing inquiries
- Identifying high-performing site locations
- Providing personalized site tours
- Implementing and executing commercial retail estate strategies including acquisition and disposition of investment and development assets
- Lease Negotiations
- Drafting offer proposals
- Preparation of presentation and marketing documents
Qualifications:
- Valid RECO Sales Representative license
- A demonstrated track record of successful prospecting and deal closing
- The ability to leverage off of existing industry relationships
- A self-starter with proven experience in client retention
- Strong sales skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate market trends
